The HSE has published guidelines for HSE staff in residential and day care facilities in the case of elderly persons in such facilities making wills. The purpose of the guidelines is to facilitate the making of wills by such older people while preventing financial abuse. The guidelines provide a considerable amount of useful information for all concerned.
