The charity sector in Ireland is highly regulated. We work with charities, philanthropists and other non-profit organisations on all legal and taxation aspects of setting up and administering a charity in Ireland and the wind down or transfer of assets from a charity by Cy Près or otherwise.

Our work includes liaising with the Charities Regulator and the Irish Revenue Commissioners to obtain charitable status for tax purposes and to advise the charitable trustees how to efficiently manage the charity on an ongoing basis.
