Finance Act 2019 introduced measures to facilitate the development of “eProbate” and enhance the collection and transfer of the data between Revenue and the Probate Office. Revenue is currently developing an online version of the Inland Revenue Affidavit (CA24).
As part of this process, Revenue is seeking users’ feedback on the current experience of completing the paper CA24 form, via the survey link below. Revenue intends to use the feedback received to identify potential improvements in developing an online version. It is expected that the online version of the CA24 Form will be released in early September.
