The Companies Act 2014 [Vol 1 here and Vol 2 here] was signed into law of 23 December 2014. This will replace the existing Companies Acts 1963-2013. See the Companies Registration Office website for some of the significant changes to be introduced. This legislation is due to commence in June 2015.
