Updated draft guidance notes to assist financial institutions in complying with information reporting requirements under the FATCA Regulations have been published by the Department of Finance on the implementation of FATCA in Ireland. Observations/comments will be accepted by Revenue up to 24 MAy 2014. Guidance notes are available here.
