The beneficiaries of a Bahamian trust have won the right to see personal data about them held on paper and electronically by a London law firm acting for the trustees through the application of the rights under GDPR legislation. While litigation privilege has been confirmed, general privilege is reduced so that trustees and beneficiaries have joint privilege in legal advice for a trust.
