A follow-up report by the global Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has re-rated Ireland compliant on 11 of FATF’s 40 anti-money laundering enforcement recommendations, although it remains partially compliant on a further seven criteria. Ireland has now been removed from the 'enhanced follow-up' process imposed after its last evaluation in 2017.
