The OECD has released an update on the implementation of Country by Country Reporting (CbC) and exchange of information between tax administrations. Over 1000 automatic exchange relationships have now been established among jurisdictions committed to exchanging CbC Reports. A list of automatic exchange relationships that are now in place, together with an update on the implementation of the domestic legal framework for CbC Reporting in jurisdictions has been published.
