Revenue have issued eBrief 95/2017 which provides tips on the ROS pay and file system including a guideline for beneficiaries who received gifts or inheritances with valuation dates in the year ended 31 August 2017 confirming the deadline for Capital Acquisitions Tax (IT38) ROS return and ROS payment is 16 November 2017. Otherwise the 31 October 2017 deadline applies.
