Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA.2
Revenue, in collaboration with the Courts Service (Probate Office), has launched a new online version of the Inland Revenue Affidavit (Form CA.24). The new name for the Form is “Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA.2” and is the first step for anyone wishing to take out probate.
Anyone seeking to apply for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration is now required to complete and submit the online version of the Statement of Affairs (Probate) Form SA.2 to Revenue. Before this, the old Inland Revenue Affidavit was submitted to the Probate Office.
